Enter Nabi!

Nabi is a skillful ninja capable of carrying 10 times his weight!

Aid him in his quest to recover the stolen goods from his village.

Although Nabi can carry so much weight, he can't carry all in one run. Pay attention to his weight guage and plan wisely wich items should be carried first. The more goods he carries, the slower he gets (it also affects his jumping ability).

Remember to deploy the items he has every now and then. Don't get to greedy!

How to play

Use the arrow keys to move Nabi around.

Press the A key to jump and double jump.

Press the S key to take an item. Hold it in the deploy area to free weight.

Use the Escape key to close the game.

The LudumDare 40. This game was made under the theme of "The more you have, the worse it is" back in 2017. You can check out the link here.

Wait... where is the music?

As I am not a musician at all (I can try to do something but it always turns out weird), I couldn't manage to create or add any in the game as I was running out of time. This was my first LDJam working by myself, so I had to start over this idea in the second day and scarp the first game... something about a spaceship where you control the speed and avoid crashing.

Is there a sequel for Nabi?

Although I created this game for the Jam, I have big plans to release a full game based on this mechanic and the caracter. When it will come out? As soon as I have time to write down all the ideas I'll start working on it :)
